Herse Koffee is concerned to get the highest quality from growing its coffee tree to you receiving the coffee green bean. We do the contract farming with the farmer who have the farm located about 1,600 m high from sea level. All of the harvested beans go exclusively to Herse Koffee.
We are working together with farmer in a business partnership. We started by an analysis of the soil of each farm, and area of the growing of the coffee plant according to the soil quality and condition as such as Buloven Farm A. If the soil analysis is good, the grid distant of each coffee tree will be short as such as 1-1.5 m.
Herse Koffe has transferred the knowledge of how to harvest the cherries. After we get the cherries “DSW” technology is applied to soaking, washing, drying and grader for “HK” coffee green bean process. “TMC-GmbH” applies for controlling the temperature and moisture during the storage of the green bean to keep them fresh and hi-quality. The “JPR” technology is speacially designed only for “Herse Koffee” to control the temperature and moisture for roasting the coffee bean to get the Goof Taste amd Great after Taste.
